Pool & Tennis
We are pleased to announce the completion our plans to renovate the pool facilities, and the addition of our tennis courts as well as new family-oriented programs to our offerings. The whole area - which we call The Sandtrap - offers members and their families an exciting, resort-like escape right on Boston's North Shore.
Our new pool facility begins in the same area as the previous pool facilities and beyond. Members and their guests can enter the new facilities via a boardwalk that passes a full children's playground.
Having entered through the gate, one will find a totally cool, fully equipped permanent Lunch Wagon, covered dining area, trees, tables and chairs with built-in planters to the left and a Toddler's Water Park on the right. Straight ahead, the original pool changing rooms has been converted into a new Bath House. Beyond the Bath House is our new zero-entry, 2,900 square-foot swimming pool and jacuzzi along with 16 cabanas. These cabanas are permanent structures available for seasonal rental, and are best suited for families whose children participate in the new Camp Renaissance.
Tennis Facilities
Next to the pool facilities you’ll find two DecoTurf tennis courts – the most widely preferred court surface in the sport of tennis. Renaissance members enjoy the same brand and quality of courts used in the world’s most prestigious tennis events, including the U.S. Open, the Davis and Fed Cup matches, and many of the World Olympic Games. The courts are yet another example of the wide range of top-of-the-line facilities available to you and your family at Renaissance.
